Join us for a live-streamed panel discussion on The Future of Academia: What's Next for Early Career Researchers? 11am-1pm UTC on the 8th December. Our professors will be talking about global trends in academia - from the casualisation of teaching, to the metrics of research production, to publication, and will be looking at how these issues are shaped by a lack of gender, racial and class diversity in academia. We will be reaching out to audience members to discuss what can be done to change existing structural biases, and return the academy to some sense of public purpose.

There will be two ways to attend this event. If you would like to take part in the Q&A with our panellists, please register for the Zoom link. The Zoom link will be sent out a day before the event.
