PhD Student Member - £60.00 (GBP) Subscription period: 1 year No automatically recurring payments Reduced membership fees are available to academics who have not yet submitted their PhD / SJD. Contributing annually saves 10% compared with monthly membership.

PhD Student Member (Monthly) - £5.50 (GBP) Subscription period: Monthly Automatic renewal (recurring payments) Reduced membership fees are available to academics who have not yet submitted their PhD / SJD. Monthly members can save 10% by changing to annual contributions.

Monthly contributions will double from 1st March 2021 in line with our recent increase in contribution rates.

We accept membership applications from people who are drafting PhD / SJD proposals, undertaking their PhD / SJD, independent researchers and early career academics.

Referral Discounts

If you refer a colleague to the GRN, we will offer up to 30% off your membership renewal fee (terms and conditions apply). We will waive 10% off for every renewal, redeemable for up to 3 times a year.

Just ask your colleague to name you when they apply to join and we’ll take care of the rest.
