Short Biography
Huiru is currently a Ph.D. candidate in Public international Law at Jilin University, China. She has been a visiting researcher at the University of Surrey from 2017 to 2018, a student member of BIICL and ESIL, and an active participant in international law academies, moot courts and conferences.

​She has been published in the International Law Review of Wuhan University, Chinese Journal of International Economic Law and Legal Law Science Magazine. Her research interest areas include the Compliance with and Enforcement of the Judgments of the ICJ, Chinese Approaches and Discourse Power in Cyberspace, The Role of Non-state Actors in International Law, and Accountability of Transnational Corporations under International Rule of Law.
